Lumen Mortgage uses hospitality-specific underwriting metrics including Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), Average Daily Rate (ADR), occupancy trends, and STR (Smith Travel Research) competitive set data. This allows us to evaluate a hotel's true financial performance relative to its market.
