We underwrite agribusiness loans using a combination of real property value, equipment and infrastructure collateral, and the operating business's cash flow. Requirements

General Qualifications

Minimum 25–35% equity or down payment on commercial ag real estate
Debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) of 1.20x or higher preferred
2 years of operating entity financial statements (P&L, balance sheet)
Environmental Phase I report required at origination
MAI appraisal by an appraiser with commercial agricultural specialty
Personal guarantees from principals with majority ownership
Licensed in Oregon and California (NMLS #1498678)
