Overview
The Cash Flow Bridge for Every Season
Every farm operation faces the same fundamental challenge: input costs arrive months before revenue does. Seeds, fertilizer, fuel, labor, crop insurance premiums, and equipment costs all hit before a single bushel is sold. An agricultural operating line of credit bridges that gap — giving you the capital to execute your operation and the flexibility to repay on your terms.
Unlike traditional business lines of credit that expect monthly payments regardless of income timing, our ag operating lines are structured around your production cycle. Draw down in spring, carry through the season, and repay at harvest or commodity sale. It's how farm finance is supposed to work.
Who This Is For
Key Features
What Makes This Program Work
Revolving Structure
Draw and repay repeatedly throughout the line's term. Funds become available again as you repay — no re-application required.
Harvest-Timed Repayment
Repayment schedules are aligned to your crop calendar — not a standard monthly schedule that ignores when you actually get paid.
Interest Only During Draw
Pay only interest on the amount drawn during the growing season. Full principal repayment at harvest or commodity sale.
Covers All Input Costs
Seeds, fertilizer, fuel, crop insurance premiums, hired labor, custom farming costs, and equipment rental — all eligible uses.
Commodity Price Flexibility
If commodity markets shift post-harvest, we can work with you on repayment timing — we're a relationship lender, not a servicer.
Cross-Collateralized Options
Lines can be cross-collateralized with real estate or equipment equity, enabling higher line amounts with favorable terms.
The Process
How It Works
Operating Review
We review your last 2 years of Schedule F returns and current crop plan to establish your input cost budget and appropriate line amount.
Collateral Assessment
We identify the optimal collateral structure — farm real estate, equipment, or a combination — to support the line amount you need.
Line Structuring
We build a line structure with a draw period, repayment window, and annual review terms aligned to your crop calendar and marketing plan.
Approval & Funding
Once approved, the line is established and available to draw as needed. Draw via check, wire, or electronic transfer — your choice.
Annual Renewal
Lines are reviewed annually. Submit updated financials before your draw period begins each season for seamless renewal and continued access.
